Im doing a little proactive search to get my puppy into some more training. He graduated puppy class at Petsmart a few weeks ago, contray to what a lot of people on here would think I loved my Petsmart trainer. She was very knowledgable and corrected a lot of issues I had with my puppy ie walking nice on the leash and socializing with strangers. Now that he graduated the basics Im lookin for the next step I would like it to be at a training session where he can have more socialization with bigger dogs and just dogs in general (petsmart class was small only 2 other dogs both small ones) I would also like to possibly get him into a sport like fly ball or maybe agility (I dont think i have the time for the trianing for the latter)
Im looking for a trainer in the Hampton Roads area, I live in Norfolk but I am willing to travel. My puppy is 6 months now and Ill probable be wanting to enter training again in the next month or two, any suggestions?? Cost friendly would be nice

I don't know of anyone specifically but you could try contacting: New Page 1 (they are in Chesapeake) or Tidewater Kennel Club Homepage and one of those groups may be able to help you out. I train in Richmond. Good luck!

There's also Merrimac Dog Training Club--it's an active club that does a lot of different activities.
