Im a Beginner Classes or not???

Hi, I will be bringing my 9 week old german shepherd puppy home in 3 weeks, i have been reading and researching on the GSD for about 5 months, I havent seen or heard of classes you can take before bringing the puppy home. Want to be extra ready, so wondering if they have classes you can take before you actually get your puppy?

Can you ask the instructor at the club or training facility that you plan to attend if you can watch a class or two?

Until you can get started, you can always read or watch videos!

Check out your local obedience training club and go watch their puppy classes. Good for you!

Some trainers might object but I'm sure you could find some who don't. I think it's a great idea.

i believe maggieroselee did that before she got glory. i wouldn't see why not!! at the very least you can go watch at petsmart-that would be better than nothing!!!
leerburg.com has some great puppy videos that are free to watch
