Dog Wheelchair For 13 yr. old Male German Shepherd

Hi.

I am in need of a dog wheelchair (cart) for my 13 year old German Shepherd. He has DM, and is almost immobile at this point, other then that he is in great health and spirits!

I've searched high and low for a wheelchair for him, but I can't afford a brand new one, so if anyone can help me locate a used wheelchair for my furry boy it would be much appreciated!

They gave me Tramadol, although he is not in any pain.... I need to look into a shot that Corette was telling me about, even if my vet did not suggest it. He thought the doggie wheelchair would be the best way to go for Woody at this point.

I'm in Colorado, but there are a couple of dog rehab centers here who will rent out wheelchairs. Maybe there's something similar in your area? Might be worth checking with some of those facilities to see if it's a possibility.

Dawn - look in the Pittsburgh CL too. I searched for "dog wheelchair" and two of them came up. I think one might be large enough.
