Dogmatic leather headcollar, pink size 4

I have a pink Dogmatic leather head collar available for $47.
It is brand new, in the box. I only took it out to try it on Bianca but it was too big. It's a size 4.
These are impossible to get in the US, I had to have someone order it for me overseas and send it so I figured I would check if anyone else in the US is interested before I send it back to exchange for the smaller size...

4 NOSE: 13-15”
4 NECK: 18-26” (measured just behind the ears)
