Wanted: agitation collar

Looking for a 2" collar I can afford right now. Looks like anything new would be $30 min. I'm not picky on material (leather, ASAT, nylon) as long as it's strong enough. I don't want a handle. The only 2" collars I can find locally are way too long (28"). I do not care if it's old and warn or what it looks like as long as it holds. The dog wears a 21" or 23" Fursaver.

A friend of mine suggested I get a calf collar from Fleet Farm and cut it down to size and punch more holes in it. It works great and the price was way cheaper.
