Looking for a hiking book

By any chance does anyone have this book? It is called Best Hikes With Dogs in NH and VT by Lisa Densmore. It was on Chronicle the other night and thought I would check here before going out and buying it.Let me know if you do and want to give it up, we can work out a price I am sure.

I saw the same exact show, looks like a good book. let me know where you find it I might want to get one too.

Yes i did.Either place works for me.I think I roughly know where either places are.
I know the book can be bought through Amazon and borders but was hoping to get it cheaper.I also posted on Freecylce.If by any chance I get more than one person giving it away I'll try to grab one for you too.

If I get this book maybe next year we can find a real cool place.The one they showed on the show MT Cardigan is like 10 minutes from me.The kids have hiked it with school but no one will take me....

Allie, I don't have that guide, but I have several guides (and books) by Mountaineers Publishers. It's a branch of the rather hardcore Mountaineers Club here in WA: http://www.mountaineersbooks.org/cli...ut_default.cfm

The authors are always people who have spent a lot of time hiking (climbing, boating, etc) in the area they write about. So you get a real local's understanding of the area...not some tourist travel writer who just dropped by for a month or two to write a book.

I've always been happy with my Mountaineers guides.

I know you said you were hoping to get them cheaper, but I buy all of my books used from Amazon (have three coming in from B&N the first time) and have never had an issue
