I think most of us use the breathe right strips.

If you check out the ears up section of the forum there are picture and everything on using these strips. Basically, you glue one or two on the inside of the ear to make them stand and replace as needed.

ya, but don't you need some sort of support from the actual ear, the base, otherwise they would just flop again..i have posted a new question there, we will see!
