Default FH3?

So this old dog learned something new. In another post someone listed a dog that had a FH3 which I never knew existed. Does anyone know or have a link to the difference between the FH1, 2, and 3 and perhaps the SCH 1, 2, and 3 tracks? TIA

http://www.uniteddobermanclub.com/rules/fh3.html

The page says their Performance Manual has the rules for the rest but I couldn't find them in the PDF file they have on their website.
