Default Suggestions for AKC approved tracking harness?

Cullen started his tracking in Schutzhund, so we used a collar under the front leg, and we are now moving in another direction ( I followed his lead) and we are going with AKC tracking starting this Fall with a local club. I know they have regulations about the harness that is allowed to be used, and would LOVE someone to point me in the right direction. Websites, what I can get at normal stores, etc. I like the ones I see on Bridgeport, but not sure it is what they let you use for this style?

www.pawmark.com

I buy all my harnesses and lines there.

Don't know if you found one yet as your thread is a month old now. You can see I don't come on very often.

Thanks guys! The ComfortFlex concerns me because I heard from a local tracking group trainer that it cannot or should not? cross the throat/neck?

Oddly enough, I was walking around Lowe's with Cullen and tried out a harness they carried and it fits and resembles the SureFit, so I bought it with a gift card. Still learning to fit it properly ( not too tight, but not too loose) and hoping it works! Will keep everyone posted ( if it works well, even better, seeing as it was only around 11 bucks!)

I don't know. I asked my trainer who trains in SchH and AKC with many titled dogs and the ComfortFlex was fine. She said the only requirement was it needed to hook on the back. Regardless, the ComfortFlex is great for training.

What do you mean by Hook in the Back? this one... the paw goes through one side, and thenthe part that wraps around the ribcage area clips with a clasp on the side, is that in the back, or does it have to be the ones that are held together on the back of the dog by the leash clasp?
