We started some tracking with our 3yo sherpherd back in late summer/fall of 2011. We only made it out a few times before a bunch of random life events caused it to fall to the wayside.
I really want to start tracking regularly, so now that it's nice outside my husband and I decided to take her out this morning. Even after only being out 2 or 3 times many months ago, as soon as the harness went on her nose was to the ground and she knew exactly what to do. We did 3 tracks....she hit 9/10, 8/10, 9/10.
This is my first shepherd, and their intelligence never ceases to amaze me. What a fun breed to live with.
