Look forward to hearing how it goes. Our trainer with Sherman has recommended getting him in a class. Silly dog can't walk past a car without sniffing the muffler, around all the tires, under the bumper. She taught us some games we can do at home with him in the meantime, and he loves them!! When we play them it seems to wear him out more than even physical exercise. Good luck!

I think she will love it. She plays now with me hiding her ball and she finds it everytime
If she don't like it I won't make her go though. I am waiting for a return call to see when and how much she charges. Since we live literaly right down the road it shouldn't be a problem getting her there.

Another thing that you may notice is that your shepherd will advance and work on more challenging stuff much faster then other breeds in your class. That's the case with us-nosework comes naturally to our breed.

We might have a slight problem during the class she has to be leashed and she hates a leash, also she has never been in a crate and they require during non working time that she be in a crate and be well behaved which means no barking or whinning. So I think I will have to back track and take her to obedience first. Cause she loves to bark
