Do you know how many entries? What were the conditions?

I think there were 4 TD entries and two X. But, not certain.

I don't know the conditions exactly as I was not able to go watch. I think they were probably pretty good conditions. Tracking was at Smithville Lake area.

Thanks. Not very many entries. It is a shame.

I really like tracking

Friend with one of our G pups tried to get in for the TD, but there wasn't enough room. He ended up first alternate and didn't get a chance to track. So clearly there were more people wanting to track than were allowed and such few entries doesn't have anything to do with a lack of interest but rather with a very low limit on entries set by those hosting the trial.

There were only 4 TDs offered. It is dependent on the number of judges. That number is pretty normal as the offering at a tracking test. TDs filled. I think there were only two TDX trackers, so that may have gone unfilled?

4 is normal even at such a huge event? Geeze, no wonder they are so difficult to get.

Tracking is not a huge event at the GSDCA National.

But, most tests offer 4 and 4 or so. Judges and available space limit things. The largest test in the country is in MO but they employ a slew of judges for it.

I think they need to find more judges and bigger fields.
