Default Appropriate tracks for a 5 month old puppy?

Just curious as to what YOU would consider an appropriate track for a 5 month old puppy?

Zefra has been rocking it lately and I want to advance but don't want to put any pressure on her yet.. or should I? Will discuss things on Monday with our trainer but would like some feedback from everyone here as well.

Right now she is doing about 100-200 paces, about 90% food, one or two corners (rounded) and aged about 15 minutes (maybe more depending on the day).

She is very deep nosed, cleans up the track, is not easily distracted and is wanting to keep going (will look at the end of the track for more and then turn around and try to go back on the track).

So, what would YOU do?

Sounds good to me, continue to follow the directions of your TD. Each 5 month old dog is different.

Some trainers would introduce articles. Especially if you can do it without pressure.

Kastle is doing around 100 paces, he can do 1-2 turns (regular, sharp turns) or a handful of serpentines/soft direction changes. I am going to start article indication separately this winter. Oh, I think about 80% food unless it's a "new" thing, or a corner etc.

We started with circles and serpentine's and she was nailing those, so we started with straight lines then turns.

My TD wants to do articles away from the track, something I didn't do with Stark so that is new to me. He wants to start them in a few weeks time.

We are going to be adding length and more turns apparently (talked to him tonight) and then take it from there. He says he wants the foundation work 150% before we move on and even though Zefra is doing excellent, he wants to ensure she stays that way.
