I saw a flyer for scent tracking at my training facility. IT starts on Marth 27th and 28th. Question is should i go?
the only thing i'm hesistant about is i heard if you get into tracking you'll have to go in all kinds of weather. The thing is though i am a big wuss when it comes to brutally cold winter. The tops i am outside with Josie is 20 mintues and we go back in lol. Although Josie does have crazy nose on her she feels the need to sniff everything!. Her dad is a certified scent detector after all .

Okay wimpy!!!!! LOL!
Go Go Go --- tracking rocks. Yes you do go out in all kinds of weather but that is up to you. If it is too bad, stay home and work on your own later. If it is below 20 I don't track my dogs either. It is hard on them and I don;t need to do that. Plenty of other days to train. I do track in the train and snow and wind. If you are dressed for rain or snow it is actually fun.
