Problem with signature

Maybe someone can help. I wanted to update my signature, but when I preview or try to submit it says

1. Your signature cannot be longer than 250 characters including BB code markup.

But I don't think I used all the characters so I am confused as to the problem. I would like to change my sig to this:

Natalie

enjoying life with Penny 6/04 & Blaze 11/12
while Sasha watches over us

Swing Sets By Design


If the hyperlink is too long I can do this:

www swingsetsbydesign com

but neither way is working

With bb code markup all of those spaces and blank lines between the text count as characters.
