Here's a suggestion, would it be possible at all to add a column to the Active Topics index? I know I usually go there first, and then hit up the different forums.
The column I would add: Forum So like if I for example post in the SchH forum it would say "Schutzhund / IPO" or whatever the forum name is. This would be helpful, because I see many times people post a schutzhund question (maybe heel position or recall position or whatever) and will get non-schutzhund specific answers (like oh change direction when the dog is in front and such) or oh I don't know AKC dumbbell question gets schutzhund dumbbell answers etc etc. I just used the above as examples but you get the point. Adding that column might make what types of answers the OP is looking for more transparent. |

If you go to Quick Links instead, and click on Today's Posts it does tell you what forum each thread is in.
Same thing with New Posts.

You get the same thing with Today's Posts. The list is in the same order as the Active Topics (which I've never used) but give you the forum listed on the right.
