This just happened again to me again, this time on the Picture Forum's TOILET PAPER thread ... I double checked and I'm definitely logged in.

It's done it to me a few times. I'm signed in, and I tried putting ad blockers on my browser, but they never work. (Read: I can't figure out how to make them work). LOL

Yeah you guys probably have a file on your computer that calls up advertisements. It probably has nothing to do with this site at all.

Adblock might work for you guys, but I use to work for Hewlett Packard. The first thing I can say is ditch your anti-virus, consider adblock, but more importantly, be careful where you go on the internet. So many people lick 'next' to every bit of software they install. Its not all good.

Some want to install 'toolbars' on your internet browser. Some of these are a gateway for more spam.

Cheers.

PS. Backup your important files often to a USB thumb drive or external hard drive. I go 10 years without a virus, but when it does happen, I do lose a few little things. Your anti-virus isn't that great of a solution. Ditch it, and just be careful where you go and what you click 'yes'/'allow'
to.

YES ... that's the exact same ad I'm having a problem with when it happens (different pictures).
