New sub-sections

Right now the food and treat recalls are scattered all over the place. Would it be possible to add a section to list these?

And also, another thread mentioned teens on the board...what about starting a subsection where teens could post? Often a teen will post and they are treated pretty roughly before anyone knows they are young.
