Winner's Circle
When the winner is announced for the monthly photo contest, why not leave the thread open? Wouldn't it be nice if people could comment, give kudos etc?
Why does it have to be locked?

I think it would be nice if they posted the name of the winner when they open the new photo contest thread. They could say "This month's theme is ______ chosen by _____."
