Can't change time?

Hey, just noticed I can't change the time on this forum.
Whenever I check the time a post has been posted, it shows (I think) the American time, and not my local time.
How do I change it?

Go to your User CP (control panel) and click on "Edit Options". Scroll down, it's near the bottom of the page.
