Why am i not allowed to post a new thread?

Hi,

im new to the forum and ive been searching the whole website trying to figure out how to post a new thread concerning a question i have about my GSD pup.

any help would be greatful, THANKS!

I'm confused - you got an error message saying you weren't allowed to start a new thread? Or you just can't figure out how to do it?

You do realize that you actually did start a new thread, right? To start another one just go to the forum and subforum that most fits the topic, and click on the "New Thread" button on the left side of your screen, above the existing threads that are already in that forum.

I am having the same problem ..... I can't see how to start a new thread. I followed the instructions posted here but cannot locate a new thread tab. Any hints would be most appreciated.

click on the forum your question should go in and there is a new thread tab at the top on the left.

You can't start a new thread inside an existing thread, so when you're viewing a thread, like this one, the "New Thread" button will not be visible. As onxy'girl said, you need to find the forum that fits the topic you'd like to start, click on that forum, and you'll see the button that Jean shows in her post.

I have been able to find the new thread button on my pc but I still can't find it when using the phone app. Do I do it a different way using the app?
