Well its nice to know that im not the only one that this drives crazy i have a male panda shep and his ears are up except for the tips and I CANT STAND IT! i have a female that is 15 weeks old and i swear her ears were prob up when she was born lol they were already up when i got her at just 6 weeks!
Not sure if it's your Panda Shepherd or your puppy you are rehoming but PLEASE contact the breeders first. I'm sure if you look at the puppy warranty you signed when you got your puppy from a responsible breeder, it gives them first option to take the puppy back immediately and they will then find a great home for it.
