Thank you to who ever fixed the problem of the banner ad covering the drop down menus for Search and Quick Links.

They now open on top of the banner ad, and are once more useable.

It is good to know that the powers to be on this forum are quick to address a problem and fix it.

Thank you so much. It got really annoying with all the advertisement and I followed your link and installed the application. So much better now.

I never thought about an Ad Blocker! It has made everything so much more awesome online! No more dancing, shaky, moving ads to distracting me from reading! No more ads that just start talking. I love this! I downloaded Safari's Ad Block from apple.com if anyone is using a Macbook.

You're welcome

When I use IE and I see ads everywhere on all the sites, it just reminds me how great that add-on is.

I realize ads help pay for the site so we don't have to. I don't mind them being there-- UNTIL they interfere with my ability to navigate around the website. When they make the site jump around when I'm trying to click on a link, or expand & block access to a link I want to use, or have a fake "X" that doesn't close the ad but merely redirects to whatever website they want people to visit (or worse, tries to install malware), that's when I deploy the ad blocking software. Enough is enough.

I've been known to boycott products with obnoxious ads, even if I really like the products & normally use them frequently.

...And when I REALLY get ticked off, I click repeatedly on the offensive ads. Clicks cost them money.
