I "think" I'm getting it too ... my pop-up blocker has been activated off and on starting a little before people started complaining about the survey - it's the first time it's happened that I can think of since joining the forum in '06 (the blocker makes an irritating noise when it's activated).

Yep it is still popping up, very irritating.

Me too and I have Firefox with pop up blocker!
