Well that's my point (even though I wasn't entirely trying to make a point). I am not sure that a "group" page that is backed by a forum can even do that. The most I *think* could even be done is really just a "front end" page- more for advertising the forum than actually interacting with it.

I don't know that you couldn't actually interact with the forum via FB, but I can say that I've never seen that- not even once. If folks just want to show their support for the forum by "liking" it, then I can see the request. I guess I was more curious what it is that people actually wanted to do with "the forum" as an entity on FB.

Wildo, that's why I suggested it, more to let my friends know what I'm into and it makes it easier to tell other people about the forum. I had lunch with a friend of mine who has a GSD and I didn't remember the web address (Yeah, like it's hard!) and I could have just said, "Oh just check my Facebook Likes for the link". It's not meant to be interactive.

I was invited but I think if you do a search on fb it may pop up, then ask to join? I'm not sure it is a closed group,but the admin will have to approve.
