Internal Server Error

I got the following message at 3:20 EDT today. It says to report it so I'm letting you all know. I couldn't get back on for a while but just tried again and got on!! I was just trying to read a message.
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, it@verticalscope.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I know I always freak out when I can't get on! No problems today though. They are going to do an upgrade so maybe it's all connected.

I am just getting on here and saw your post. I got this yesterday also and everything I tried to do was like stuck and then I got the SERVOR ERROR.
I had also been on Facebook and my email server said the same thing so I just
shut down and went back later. It was never quite right last night. It's been just fine today.
