Default Question about threads... :)

So one of my favorite features on the "old" board seems to be gone now, unless it is just some setting that has been disabled on my computer or something.

When you click on a post that you have already visited it use to take you to the last post you looked at/commented on, now it takes you to the first and you have to scroll down and through everything that you have already viewed.

Will this change? Am I doing something? Can I fix this?

Just curious, as it was one of my favorite features of the "old" board.

Everything else looks great.

Right at the top of the thread, there's a link "view first unread"

(it's very small, like all the important links seem to be)

Look at the tan bar at the top of your post - at the far left it says "view first unread".

There's also another way to do this.

Let's say you are browsing in a forum category (for example: Suggestion and Comment Box category).

All the threads would be listed correct. The ones with newest posts in them would be bolded. If you look at these threads with new posts, beside the actual thread name, there is a smal icon that looks like an upside down triangle made up of pixels. Click on this.

I have attached an image to show you what I mean.

The bolded links is nice, found that earlier.

The dots Yung speaks of are small and to the immediate left of the thread name. You'll see them if you post on a thread and click back on active topics. The thread you just posted on won't have 3 little itty bitty dots to the left of it. The one underneath it will (unless you were the last poster on that one too)

(the dots almost look like a bullet if you're like me and have blind eyeballs that have been staring at a monitor for 10 hours a day for 20 years)
