Default Disappearing format?

Has any one else had this problem? Ever since the forum was trasnferred to the new server I've lost the "standard format" about three or four times. All I see are the blue words and nothing else - no lines, no headers, etc. A "refresh" function reformats it back to normal.

I've had a couple of funky things happen but I thought it was my computer.

I get that sometimes, but it used to happen even before the change to the new server.

I think it happens if I have been on other sites that have used up a lot of memory - I often get a "windows is short on memory" error message during my normal browsings.

I don't use the blue format....maybe it's those particular colors? Maybe it's your video card?

I have seen difference in the way the site changes when I use the laptop and then my phone, or the other way around, typically in the Watched Forums section. It doesn' recognize when I've viewed.

I have discovered now that all my notifications for pm's for this site go straight to my spam box so I don't get properly notified anymore.

I haven't noticed any problems either, but my normal format is whatever gives the orange/grey colors so that may make a difference.
