Avatar help needed!

A former board member made my flashing avatar for me and I've lost touch with her. I have absolutely no idea how she did it, I just know it's always worked and I love it. I want to make an updated one but am clueless as to how to make one. Does anyone have any simple, **** & Jane type instructions?

I can't even figure out how to make an avatar, let alone flashing. I'll be watching this thread for mysteries to be unvieled.
I shrank the pics in photo bucket to the right size. Won't work.

I know a site where you can get flashing avitars, but don't know how to actually do your own pics for them.....i'll snoop around and see if I can come up with anything and let you guy's know.

If you mean the one that rotates through pictures, I made mine in photoshop. If you want me to make one for you PM me and I will help you.

I can't help you but maybe you can help me. When Dawn offered to help me I couldn't figure out how to make my pictures 80x80 pixels - the version of Photobucket I'm using doesn't offer this size so I just sent her what I have. The Photobucket "tiny" is 100x75 - how did you get yours down to 80x80?

When posting a picture for the avatar you need to use the direct link from Photobucket not the IMG/image link.
