Smile Training fail could not have been more fun!

My wife and I were able to use a warehouse to set up a training circuit for the dogs prior to an evening walk. The idea was to have one dog go through to the 16th stage before starting the second and the third at a down stay. All three would be working the whole time and each dog would work with both of us handling. This circuit I designed for focus in fuss, not as competition practice. I started with Kavai (the oldest) and worked her through to the part where my wife started Rocco. Beya had the first down-stay and did very well although she wanted to break when she was left alone. Kavai and I finished, I praised her then Beya for her down stay. Put Kavai in a down stay then took Beya to start her first time through. My wife finished with Rocco and was setting up to go through with Kavai, Rocco now at the down stay. As Beya and I were on the last stages and turning for the finish, we heard the longest loudest howl from Rocco I had ever heard. He was asking why he was all alone! both dogs we were working with lost focus at this sound and my wife and I started laughing so hard we could not focus. The next thing I know cones are knocked over, all three dogs are playing with each other and we are laughing almost to the point of crying. We did set up again and go through without this happening again but I do not think I have ever had such a fun workout or laughed so hard on the walk afterward. By all measures this first time through was an epic fail but I am still laughing about it!

Lol That building must have magnified Rocco's howl.
