Bison the Barn Dog!

I took Bison out to my friends barn and the stable she boards at and he just acted like a natural farm dog. There are two Australian Cattle Dog's out at the barn, Max and Shooter. Max is exactly Bison's age, and they instantly stuck together after meeting. He was surprisingly relaxed around the horses as well. Overall, he had so much fun, exercise, socialization.. and got completely filthy. We also noticed, including Chip the Aussie, they were all herding breeds!

Handsome Bison all muddy and tired.

What a great experience for the little guy. He looks so very happy in that last pic. He's also really cute.

Thanks for sharing.

Love the pictures, thanks for sharing them,
Great looking Pup.
Of coarse the GSD will always have my Heart, but I have to admit
The Australian Cattle Dogs are amazing, how they can run so fast with shorter
legs you have to see for your self.

They actually are somewhat creepy to me. LOL
Max is 4 months, but seemed so much more mature than Bison... and smart.. too smart for such a compact body..

I know what you mean about Australian Cattle Dogs,
There always thinking mmm what can I get into now.
That's why I love GSD's so much while they will work and play as hard,
they can relax and just enjoy lounging around the house with you.
