Small things about black GSD's

Oh my Lord! Just got up to check something in the kitchen after staring at the bright computer screen and tripped over Gunther because I never heard him lay down next to the couch. I don't know which one of us was more scared, me falling or him being tripped over. He got up and shot away under the table and then came back to check on me on the floor. All I could do was laugh and laugh. Hopefully he was laughing on the inside.

The glowing eyes can freak me out sometimes because I can't see him in the dark :p

They are hard to see in dim lighting! Hope you're both ok!

They are also hard to take photos of!

My house is dark so everytime I take a picture of Sinister he ends up looking like a blur or a patch of darkness. :(

Yep! When I first got Gunther at 3 pounds and took photos of him, all people saw was a black spot on the carpet lol

Ok well I often walk at night with my guy and he likes to follow, if it's a really dark or a moonless night...it's like yeah I'm pretty sure he's back there??

And long Sit/Stays at night, yet again.. I'm pretty sure he is still there?? And low light in the house at night, forget about it! :)

That's why Gunther wears an orange collar with a reflective strip! I got tired of trying to locate him in the yard at night

Ha!! I have done that with Titan at night in my room. It was only when he started sleeping next to my side of the bed... I'd wake up to go to the bathroom and BAM.. scares ya don't it :p

Yeah I see the value! On the other hand...my White Boxer was invisible in the night if it was snowing! :)

This is off topic but I had to post this. This is what Gunther does when the garbage truck comes, just took this photo.
