Default unusual things your dog enjoys to eat

Just gave Lara her monthly Heartgard...anddd she stared at me when done as if begging for more.

So glad we don't have to fight over this every month I know some dogs who hate Heartgard...

She also enjoyed lemon juice the one time it was on my fingers when I was baking (I know lemons are toxic - I was really surprised she didn't hate the sour taste O

Any things your dog enjoys that you would think he/she would hate?

Green tripe....sorry..from a human's perspective it's just perplexing to imagine them enjoying it so much.

Oh well, some dogs eat their own poop, so what do I know about a dog's palate...

These are more chew on and destroy than actually ingest but...

Toilet paper rolls, but not paper towel rolls.
Left socks, but not the right ones.
Fake plants, but not the real ones. (thank goodness!)
Tags on toys get played with before the actual toy itself does.

Silly boys.

He destroys a lot of stiff without actually eating it, like paper towels, toilet paper, any tag on anything.

He likes bananas and brussel sprouts.

Celery, romaine lettuce, eggshells.
The dog also loves drinks. She will actually sit and stare at you while you're having a glass of juice, root beer, ginger ale, vegetable juice, chamomile tea...whatever. And will happily drink any of it when it's offered.
I'm thankful she doesn't bother things that are inedible. But I haven't found a single food item that she won't eat.

Peanuts and pistachio nuts. Gypsy will sit and stare at you until you give her one.

He just ate some hummingbird cake. That will teach me to leave the leftovers on the table.

Bananas, apples, and bitter apple spray <--- ick. If you spray it somewhere he'll lick it.

Lisl likes apples, pizza crust, peanuts, pretzels, carrots, potatos, mushrooms, etc.

There's not too much she doesn't like. She isn't too fussy when it comes to food.

If papa's eating it, it must be good.
