Jenny-My GSD Puppy

*sorry for the length, I didn't realize it was this long*
Hello all, this is in stories because it's about when I got her and how I've been a better home than owner #1..

When we first saw her she was so small for only 7 weeks old and her ears were all floppy. She had that puppy face that just made you melt in your shoes. Owner #1 told us we could have her for $550 but anyone else he'd make a bogus price. His two year old son would pull Jenny's ears and grab her extra skin and just squeeze until she squealed. So, we went and picked her up, gave the guy $160 and he said it was fine and to just get her out of there.
We brought her home and immediately checked for fleas, cuts/scratches or infections anywhere because she lived outside her whole life with no bath. She had nothing, so we bathed her and dried her off then weighed her; she was 10lbs exactly. Now, for 7 weeks we thought that was kind of small, and it didn't help that she would devour food like she was never fed. When the vet saw her for her first shots he said she was healthy and just needed a bit of weight.
I like to think we saved her, because she has a better life now than she would have.

A little about Jenny..
Well, she was nameless for about a week. Nothing stuck. So we thought of it and she looked when we said it, so her name was Jenny. She was mostly black when we got her, minimal red markings and big floppy ears. As she started growing, we noticed more red coming in and she's getting a white stripe from shoulder to shoulder and white flecks of hair on her back.
Her temperment is pretty awesome for a puppy. She isn't super hyper, she doesn't chew neuratically and she's very smart. It's easy to teach her tricks and she listens very well.
The only thing that's bugging me is not knowing what lines shes from.. her back is arched a bit, but she's not full grown either.

Here's a picture of her, you can't see the white stripe from shoulder to shoulder or white flecks, but it's the best one I have right now. She likes to lick the camera instead of getting her picture taken.

She's so well tempered. We thought we were going to have to teach her to get out of bad habits, but she's the best. Takes treats from my lips, gives kisses, amd when you ask "are you my baby?" She licks your face :) i love my little girl.
