Default Ava's Banana Lament

Yesterday morning for breakfast I had a banana, and shared a couple of pieces of it with Ava. Once it was all gone, she mourned greatly. (I had to film it because she was making me laugh with her "talking" and her sad face.)

She totally cracks me up with her talking. She is quite vocal, and I don't let her get pushy with me, but when she does stuff like this I always just end up laughing. hahaha!

Who says dogs can't talk?

Dogs can talk just fine---it is just that most humans won't listen.

Oh, yes, I definitely agree! Ava is very expressive and speaks with us (or TO us!) all the time. My cat, who passed away last year, also used to talk a lot, to the point of interchanging dialogue with us. Animals understand speech marvelously, and they use it quite well to get their point across, even if they don't speak our language.

Scarlett does that too. I SWEAR she understands AND carries on conversations with us. I would be quite lonely without her.
