my walky dog broke!!!

yeah my walky dog snapped at the little knuckle that connects to the bike AND the blue bungy that connects to the collor broke! my boyfriend was using it at the time and it just broke and zero almost went into traffic but ray jumped off and grabbed him and they both fell into a bush and ray is all cut up.

I'd contact the company and let them know.

Wow, It's good he was able to stop this from being any worse! Sorry he was injured though. Did the knuckle break off? Or did the spring loaded clip on part fail? I better check mine before going out again.

Wow, that's scary. I'm glad there wasn't any serious injury but t would definitely complain to the company

yeah i deff complained today and they gave me a full refund and a label to send the broken one back. i read online and its happened a few times i guess, but the little ball piece that stays on the bike and goes into the pole snapped off, im going t re buy one becuase i really did love it. but im going to either get 2 so there is twice the strench or hook a leash to my bike just in case
