Balen LOVES the vacuum. As soon as I get it out, he comes over and stretches out on the floor for me to use the vacuum hose on him. He'd let me do it all day, lol

haha OMG I wish I could do this to my two. Does it get the hair off as well as a brush? I've always wondered that...

Gets the hair, dirt, dander, everything. The fact that he lets me do this has been a life saver with the hair.

Do you think compulsion can work to train this? I'd love to be able to do this since my husband is allergic...In the summer I hose them down once a week which helps a lot but in the winter it's too cold...

The GSD used to be afraid of it. Now she either walks next to me or lays down with the other two. Sometimes they move when they see me coming and sometimes they just look at me

Keefer wants to eat the vacuum - he barks and bites at it. At least he does when I use it, he doesn't care if Tom uses it. Maybe he's trying to tell us something..... I put him out in the garage when I vacuum because he's such a PITA.

Halo couldn't care less about the vacuum. The kitties think it's going to murder them. You'd think after over 10 years they'd be used to it and realize that it's just noise, and noise can't hurt them, but no - they're CATS!

Lexi doesn't like it but doesn't do anything just walks away and goes about her business. Zeus is semi afraid of it..he will stay in the room with me while doing it but won't let it go near him. Kimber could care less and I've actually hit her with it bc she'll refuse to move when I get to her spot..and Diesel the 12wk puppy was one of the only brave pups in the litter with the vaccum and literally follows me within inches of it thinking he is "helping" me clean..

All of them are quiet and never bark at it.

Levi absolutely hates the vacuum. He barks, growls. bares his teeth, and actually attacks it. He does the same for things with motors like that- the lawn mower, the garden tractor, leave blower, you name it. He literally attacks the fat wheels of that tractor....
