So I'm sitting here watching tv. Vegas is happily playing around in his bed and he starts making a bunch of noise with his toy. So much noise that I can't even remotely hear the tv. I get up look direrctly at him and go "WHOA! Could you make a little more noise?" He responds by stopping what he is doing and looking directly back at me. After a little stare down the boyfriend starts to laugh and then so do I so I sit back and say "continue" and then he goes back to playing loudly again!
It felt like he completely understood every single word I said. Anybody else out there ever feel like your dog completely understands what you are saying? Or am I just a little nuts!!

Dog ownership makes you nuts. Everyone here is nuts in some way
but i know what you mean. Sometimes my girl responds the same way and completely ignores it like a terrible teen. (10 months old) i think its so funny when i tell her something, she processes it and then talks back to me!
