Nilif

Gustav has apparently taken to heart NILIF. He is almost 4 years old and has been coming to work with me since he was a pup. I have had a little difficulty with my paralegal, Jackie, abiding by NILIF and Gustav pretty much tells her what to do, pushing her keyboard shut when he wants a walk, throwing his kong on her desk when he wants peanut butter in it, etc. I recently hired a new receptionist, Brooke, and explained the concept to her and she has been consistant working with Goose. The other afternoon, he tried his normal peeking under Brooke's elbow to ask for a bite of the cheese she was eating. Brooke wiggled her elbow and told him "no." He listened and left the room......only to come back with a toy, which he promptly placed on her desk. He sat and looked at her as if to say "ok, if its not free, how about a trade?".
