Default Hubby's new trick with Hondo....

Last night hubby was helping me doctor & wrap Hondo's foot. The two of them are like two children. I had to keep warning both of them to settle down until I was finished.

Afterwards, hubby got some string cheese to give to Hondo. Hubby follows NILF (I'm thinking only when I'm around....) and would break of little peices and ask Hondo to do one of his many parlor tricks.

At one point, hubby tells Hondo to 'look' and holds the cheese to Hondo's right at an arms length. Hondo is to look into hubby's eyes and not at the cheese. This is Hondo's favorite trick and aways does well.

I tell hubby, see how close you can get to Hondo's face with each new 'Look' command, before Hondo looks at the cheese.

So, I'm watching hubby.....Hubby starts moving his face towards Hondo and not the cheese. "Look!" Hondo is like "WTF?" I couldn't stop laughing.

Who needs cable.......

Yeah, but I'd settle for a "recreation". Take 2. HA!

Nancy, Your husband isn't a blonde, is he? He reminds me of my blonde daughter - the one who went to buy lemons. She called me to ask what kind she should buy, the yellow ones or the green ones. At least our family members are entertaining.

LOL! Sounds like my blonde daughter! We were at a restaurant once for breakfast and on the menu was a turkey egg and cheese omelet. She said "I didn't know people ate turkey eggs!" (but from my post above, you can see she gets it from me!)

Yes, as a matter of fact he is a dirty blonde. But, thanks to my hard work, he is now mostly grey....even his beard.

He is one of those folks who either gives it no thought at all...or gives it too much thought. If the glass is half full / empty, there has got to be a reason behind it. Then he'll play out every scenairo in his head, and ponder over it for days.

Me? If the glass is half full/empty....drink the rest of it!
