Sasha has to be about the stretchiest dog I've ever met. Every time she gets up she HAS to stretch. It doesn't matter if you've got her favorite thing in your hand, she'll stretch (with a big tail going letting you know this is no indication that she does not actually want the thing you have) and then zoom over to you.
Well....I have started to notice that I stretch all the time now. I get up from a chair; I stretch. I get out of the car; I stretch. I'm 20 years old; I do not require all this stretching lol!

Stretching is a sign of a healthy animal. They wanna be ready to rock and roll at the drop of a hat. At 20 you might feel you are made of rubber, but stretching cannot hurt. I stretch all the time and at double your age I can still stick my foot behind my head. I do lots of so called extreme sports and when I bork something and bounce off hard surfaces I seem to shake it off better than my other 40-something friends.
