I just booked Duncan's flight to TX.
I know he is going to a GREAT home (repeat buyer) and that he is going to be spoiled and loved. But man! It is so hard to let him go, I will miss him. ![]() I still remember, clear as day, the day he was born. Gala had pushed and pushed for HOURS, he was so big that as he fell (Gala was standing as it seemed like the only way she could push harder ) on my hand, he completely covered the palm of my hand and some! We still cannot believe Gala was able to pushing him out. ![]() ![]() He was such a gorgeous little beast!! ![]() ![]() ![]() From very early on we knew he was going to be one tough little brat! ![]() ![]() 5 weeks old... ![]() With his sister Denial... ![]() 13 weeks... ![]() 4 months... ![]() ![]() ![]() And now... ![]() Have a GREAT life Duncan! |

He is gorgeous, a little spot in your heart will feel empty but at the same time you must be very proud of that boy. He was your baby for those months and it is not easy when they leave the nest.

Oh wow- I thought you guys were keeping Duncan. I'm sure it is a bittersweet day indeed!! On the bright side (for us) perhaps this means we can get some more Cisco pics!?

Well, Duncan made it to Houston, TX safe and sound 2 days ago.
We just got this from Duncan's new daddy:"He's acclimated beautifully. Loves running all out, full gait. Moves very nicely. He's very lovable. He sleeps in his kennel right next to my bed at night. But for the most part he is on my bed glued to my side. He's a very good eater, great appetite. Last, he jumps in the back of my SUV and enjoys going for rides. The family loves him. What an awesome dog." Hearing this makes me so happy and all the saddnes I felt on Tuesday when I shipped him turned into happyness.

Wow- that's amazing! He's that acclimated in 2 days!? Sooooooooooooo much different than my foster. What a great update, shows how nicely bred and raised he is. Awesome!
