I'm proud to say that my 11 month old German Shepherd Riley is going to be an amzing therapy dog. My friend who's in a wheelchair walked Riley the other day. Riley did amazing! She fallowed my friends pace very well, and didn't try to pull her. Then the day after that I went to Pet Smart, and this lady who was in a red wheelchair and her husband walked inside. They walked to the toy isle as I was walking towards the snakes (Yes, I like snakes. I want a ball python
), after looking at the snakes I walked to the isle where the bones are. I simply started to walk past them, and they asked to pet Riley. I said sure. Riley was kind of iffy around the bright red wheelchair, but she soon forgot about it when the lady started to give her some love. Riley stood there, and let the lady do whatever she wanted to do with her. Her husband looked kind of shocked, and then bent down to pet her as well. I'm very proud to say she did amazing, and does really amazing with autistic kids as well !! I'm so very proud![]() ![]() !!
