Run an electric wire around the top of the fence.

I have a four foot, chain link fence. I have an electric wire that I run at the top of my fence. It keeps the dogs in and the horses out. I don't use the 'dog' type electric box, but the one that is used for livestock. I leave it on 24/7, requires very little maintenance and isn't that expensive.
When the horses get near the fence, and the dogs become engaged, they'll run the fence line and even hop up in mid air.....but they stay clear of the actual fence....so do the horses.

The folks in the fencing business are able to take a few feet of chain link and add it on top of what you already have there. Although it does not cost as much as putting a whole new fence, it does cost. I think a more inexpensive thing would be to run the electric wire mentioned above. Whatever you do, I hope it works fast, because that dog (Riley May) is way too beautiful and precious to be getting lost outside her yard.

Oh okay, thanks guys! Just to clarify why I called her:
I was trying to figure out how and where she was getting out. She jumped it once when I wasn't home (at least I think she jumped it), but the crap you can hopefully see by the house was messed up, but I fixed it for the video to see if she's moving crap around, or what. I didn't know. I didn't think she was jumping the fence. That's why I called her. That's why I said "Didn't think she'd do it, boy was I wrong!!" She's been jumping it for awhile now (I guess) that's why I decided to go out and video tape her, and call her to see where she was getting out at, and like I said I fixed the crap to see if she was moving it around, and getting out. I have some stuff to weigh it down. I honestly thought she was moving crap around. We're probably getting some hot wire to put on top of that, or find some 6-7 foot wooden piece somewhere. We're going to fix it. They come inside when I come inside now for sure at all times. We go out and play, and then they get walked. That's also why I said Holy Crap in the video. I thought she was just trying to jump it at first, but nooo, she had to jump it. That's just so I don't get bashed. I get bashed alot, and get tired of it.
