Please Everyone Pray For Little Martini

My sister's rat terrier, Martini, is very sick. She got some sort of infection last week, and has gone into renal failure. She is in the hospital and is receiving aggressive treatment, but the vet is not optimistic. Please pray for a miracle for Martini. Thank you.
