Too early. But if anything they'll only tighten up in the next year or so. OFA won't do final hips until 2 years old but pennhip will do as young as 16 weeks. Nice deep sit in the socket and good head coverage on both femurs. Head coverage looks equal. Legs are rotated too far in, patellas should be straight up, but it wouldn't affect socket coverage immensely. I'd be more concerned about proper positioning if the hips looked bad.
