Default New to Sheperds, Hip Questions?

I've only had my shepherds for at most 6 months now. I've been trying to do my reading and research in my free time, and going through the posts on here I'm finding the majority of these pictures are of "fair" or "poor" hips? I don't know the ratings yet though, so if anyone would have a link to this it would be greatly appreciated. I'm also interested in looking at pictures of good and bad x rays and trying to see the difference personally. I figured this would be the easiest place to ask with the wealth of knowledge in this community. Thanks everyone.
