Here is my German Shep/Husky. We rescued him as a puppy from a Humane Society. He is the most amazing dog ever and I couldn't ask for a better companion.

not a GSD but a rescue. Beauty, found her sitting on the side of the road when she was around 8months. She is now around 13yrs. Amazing dog and we love her to death! we think she is lab/chow mix.
![]() This is last Christmas. She couldnt find any other place that was out of the way

Here's Nolie (short for Seminole)
![]() I just brought her home today, she's 18 months. I think after I get her washed (I have to wait 2 weeks since she was just spayed) she'll have more brown on her. My parents' dachshunds love her (we stopped by there first to check out their meeting since we're a big dog family) and my cat tolerates her She already walks fabulously on the leash and loves everyone even though I was told her previous owners abused her.

Not a GSD but this is my Winston.. he was a rescue and was one of the worst cases of animal cruelty I have seen. He was a puppy mill stud dog and when he stopped being able to produce pups due to a tumor in his Urethra they tried to neuter him at home by tying a rubber band around him, they burnt him with ciggarettes and beat him. My poor little guy is still afraid of his own shadow and shakes alot but has come around so much in the past 2 years since Ive had him... I adore him and I truly feel that he knows how much I love him.
