Now that I look again maybe that isn't the tongue maybe it is something else! It's still too cute!

No, you're right. It is the tongue, and my niece, who is two here, is very curious.

Anyone else have interesting kid/dog photos?

This is the first time she met this little girl, and also her first experience with a toddler ever.
