Default Show me: 22 inch GSD!

We measured our 5.5 month old GSD cross today and she's I guess 'official' size now... 22 inches at the shoulder, which made me realize how oversize all of the dogs around here are! I don't know if I've ever seen pictures of a female that size and certainly not in real life, so I'm very curious! Does anyone have a 22-23 inch female? I'd love to see pictures!

At 5.5 m, your pup still has some growing to do

And though my girls keep ending up at about 24" at the shoulder, my breeder definitely has the smaller girls in her lines (and she's NOT breeding for large bitches ).

I agree with MaggieRoseLee. My bitch is 23/24 inches at the shoulders but her mom isnt. My Lulu gets her size from her dad. I know that several of Lulus sisters were smaller. My breeder didnt breed for size. Sometimes it just happens.

Indie will be 2 next month and is 24". Her sire and dam are both within breed standards for height and weight.

Jentry is 11 months old and 22" tall. I doubt she'll get much taller, she's always been tiny.

My first GSD, a working line female, was 20.5" as an adult (measured for her agility height).

Shasta is about 24" and 72 lbs but she is 15 y/o, in her prime she was about 90 lbs and taller, way oversized.
